Welcome to PAL Music Therapy

PAL Music Therapy offers music therapy in Cambridgeshire for children and adults in palliative care, living with life-limiting conditions, or in end-of-life care. PAL Music Therapy offer session at your home, at mainstream and SEN schools, hospices, care homes, community services and more.

Palliative music therapy can provide emotional support and help to relieve feelings of despair, depression, and anxiety. It can also help with pain management and relaxation, and offer meaningful connection with the family members or loved ones, reducing isolation.

PAL Music Therapy offers music therapy sessions as:

  • Individual 1:1 sessions

  • Group sessions

  • Day packages for organisations

We also provide tailored sessions for individuals without life-limiting conditions, supporting a wide range of emotional, developmental, and therapeutic needs.

PAL Music Therapy brings experience working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities, including those with disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and special educational needs. We have experience in hospices, special educational needs and mainstream schools, adult day-centres, and private settings – so you can feel confident that you are in understanding and experienced hands.

We offer music therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs, offering a space for self-expression while working towards emotional, developmental, communicational and well-being aims.
